How to release fear and negative energy

The best way to release fear and negative energy is simply think of it as a big fart! lol Dissipate all that negative energy into nothing, because it doesn't really exist.

If you carry fear with you, it's like having an open door to invite things to be afraid of into your life. Negative energies, and fear is certainly one of them, become form in our lives over a period of time. That is, you will manifest exactly what you fear.

OR, conversely, you can manifest positive energy in your life, the things you want in your life, by keeping a positive, open, loving attitude.

Fear is the opposite of love, not hate. Fear lets in all negative energy, creating the things and experiences you don't want, and love opens the door for more good, abundance, more love in your life.

Don't get hoisted by your own petard! Let that negative energy go! You do not need it in your life! It does you no good!

Replace all fear and negative energy with LOVE. Just fill your heart with love and graditude for all the beauty you have in your life, and watch your life blossom.

I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10

"Hey Spook!"

"I saw you boarding the plane, knew you didn't want to be recognized and this was the first chance I could get to get back here, to speak to you. I got a couple of reporters with me, and they didn't recognize you."

"The beret, sunglasses, dark mustache, and Green Beret uniform were quickly and easily remembered. When these recognition features were removed like a disguise, I disappeared."

Holloween is one day a year, when people change their identity, with a degree of "Self-abandonment." It's the one day of the year where little boys can be Superman, Batman or a Prince. Little girls can be Princeses, Wonderwoman or Elasta girl, and fully identify with the character, forgetting, briefly, their identity.

"Spooks" practice Self-abandonment every day. The above scenes from Faithful Devotion, are related to Pete's homecoming back to America, after being released from 28 days of solitary confinement, in Vietnam. The Green Beret Murder Case, (1969)

Last Dance, Last Chance

"Last dance, yes it's my last chance for love. I need you, by me, beside me, to guide me. To hold me, to scold me, 'cause when I'm bad, I'm so so bad!" Last Dance - Donna Summers, 1978.

This disco hit of the late '70's was a favorite of mine and Pete's for dancing. Pete loved it, because it started out slowly, then suddenly turn into that great disco beat, and we'd spin right into our "Push - Pull," Mambo routine.

One night we were at our favorite place in Orlando for dining and dancing, The 94th Aero Squadrom, Pete was wearing a nice dark blue suit and tie, I was wearing his favorite "spaghetti straps" danceskin bodysuit and wrap around skirt, also dark blue. My high heels were about 5" and were "glass." Yes, I wore glass high heal shoes with silver straps. It was actually a hard plastic I guess, but they looked like glass.

On this night, the DJ started out with Last Dance, and I was rearin to go. After stumbling around with the slow part of the song, as I anticipated the beginning of the fast tempo, I started tapping my foot to the silent beat, as the song pauses just before the tempo picks up. This seemed to get attention, and I can remember hearing some laughter and snickers from the crowd, and I smiled, but I was intently looking at Peter, waiting for that timing to turn into our Push - Pull routine.

It was great fun in the ole' disco days!
